I am not as surprised about the short pro career because I don't think there are that many pro leagues. The ones that do exist, then I don't they are as financially stable as the women's pro basketball leagues.

Even on Ford's and Good's best day, I do think AT wins the pitching duel. What makes the duel interesting is I remember quite a few games where AT brought her A+ game and VT still loss the game because of either a fielding error or VT couldn't simply produce enough runs. Depending on which team AT is playing with in this fictitious pitcher's duel, this year's JMU team could have a slight edge in those other aspects of the game.
